We are just folks who love the Lord Jesus Christ, want to learn more about Him, and would love to have YOU come visit us. Faith’s vision is simply summed up in one phrase: "Glorify God as we go through life together.” In most of our ministries, outreaches, and services, we desire to bring Christians closer to God and to bring nonbelievers to a saving relationship with Him.
It is our goal to accomplish this by showing how God’s Word and faith in Christ are essential to bring hearts to God.
We, as a body of believers, are here to bring glory to God in all manner of life and practice (I Corinthians 10:31). At Faith, we attempt to do this through following a three-fold objective:
EDUCATION: God’s word provides the information we need in order to begin and sustain spiritual growth. Therefore, it is our mission to teach the Bible to all so it can be understood and applied. (Colossians 2:6-7; II Timothy 2:15).
EVANGELISM: The salvation of lost souls must remain a priority to the body of Christ. Whether through missions or personal witness, it is our mission to proclaim the gospel to the people everywhere. (Romans 10:14-17; Matthew 28:19-20).
EDIFICATION: The growth of fellow believers requires personal and group Bible Study. We have informal Bible Study groups and a Bible Institute. We at Faith believe it is our mission to build up one another in the teachings of the Bible. (Ephesians 4:11-16; Galatians 6:1-2).
Pastor Jack grew up in the Warrington area and came here in 1998 from Faith Baptist Church in Sellersville, Pa. He is married, with two sons, a sweet daughter-in-law, with two grandkids. He is a diehard Phillies, Eagles, and a NASCAR fan, loves old cars, and riding motorcycles. He became a believer at age 26. Pastor Jack desires to preach and teach the Word of God in a way that is relevant and easily understood by people of all ages and walks of life.
June is children's ministries director, taught elementary school for 20 years and was an elementary school principal. She loves all things kids and enjoys empowering them to meet and serve the Savior. (We have the greatest kids church under the sun, just sayin,)
Jesus Christ is still saving souls and changing lives. Our desire is that all may know the love God has for them in the person of His Son, the Lord Jesus Christ. We believe that people need Jesus, and they hear that message through our lips and our lives. When a person receives Christ as their Savior, their life can and should be transformed by the power of the Holy Spirit living within them. We have the responsibility to live out the gospel before the eyes of others so they can "see" the change Christ Jesus has made in our lives.
